  • Have you received a scholarship, gone to the Food Resource Center, or used the Bush Memorial Library? Donors make these opportunities and resources possible; these are only a few examples of how donations impact ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø students.
• Giving back is not all about giving money. Regardless of your income level, everyone has something to give or share, such as time and knowledge.

Once you are settled after graduation, please consider giving back to ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø. You have the chance to support ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø students, just as you were supported.

The Annual Giving Program volunteer opportunities

Consider helping ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø increase the amount of financial support for students by volunteering. Our volunteers write thank you cards to donors, do personal outreach to the ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø community to increase support and engagement, attend fun events, and more! Fill out this to express your interest and to learn more.

• Return items as soon as you’re finished with them, don’t wait! All items are due back to Bush Memorial Library by NOON on Thursday, May 15. Failure to return items will result in fines being placed on your student account.
• The library closes on Friday, May 16, at 5 p.m. for Commencement Weekend, and will not be open on Saturday or Sunday. We will reopen on Monday, May 19.
• Items returned via the exterior book return over the weekend will be checked-in off your account on Monday morning. Computers and other technology cannot be returned via the exterior book drop; you must wait until the library reopens on Monday.

Close out your account, and migrate any information you wish to save to a free service, such as or . RefWorks does not allow alumni access.

Your ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø Email and Google Drive data 

for assistance migrating your ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø email and Google Drive data to a new account.

On January 12, 2026, you will lose access to your ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø Google accounts, including your ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø email, Google Drive, photos, and more.

Don’t forget to update your email address anywhere you previously used your ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø email account: your Workday account, , family, friends, student loans, bank, doctor’s office, grad school applications, Netflix/Amazon/etc, bill autopay, and more!

If you do not update your Workday account to your new email address, you will get locked out of Workday.

• Meet with a Career Counselor: You can meet one-on-one via phone or video to discuss your job or grad school search, strengthen your application materials, prepare for interviews, review job offers, negotiate salary, and more. Set up an appointment via , by calling 651-523-2302, or by stopping by Drew Science 113.
• Find jobs on : your best resource to find jobs and make appointments with the CDC. Log in with your ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø email/password to build your profile. Note: After you graduate, to continue to access your Handshake account!
• Resources: The CDC pages of the ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø website offer resume and cover letter guides, interviewing prep, job search, and grad school resources. 

Important ticketing information:

• April 1: Ticketing website goes live; watch your ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø email for details on how to claim your tickets
• April 1 to 15: Students claim their allotted tickets and enter the lottery for additional tickets
• April 16: Unclaimed tickets go into the lottery
• April 17: Lottery names drawn and notifications made to those receiving additional tickets

Charges for printing/copying done in May will be billed in June, as will fines for non-returned rented textbooks from the bookstore. Please remember to check your Spring 2025 billing statement in Workday for both.

Each student is responsible for updating their address information in Workday, including any new mailing address. This will be what we use to forward any mail that comes to ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø after you have left. Please note that we can only forward first-class mail and parcels from the USPS. FedEx and UPS do not offer forwarding services.

If you regularly receive mail and packages at PiperXpress, update your new address information with those senders prior to graduation.

Review and in Workday. This is where your diploma will be mailed 8-10 weeks after you have completed all your requirements, your degree has been awarded, and your balance has been paid.

Submit your (note that this is different from the name pronunciation through Name Coach) to ensure your name is listed as you prefer everywhere it is used for the Commencement ceremony and your diploma.
